The W. Scott McIntyre Real Estate Scholarship was established to honor W. Scott McIntyre, a USD alum who graduated in 1994 from the School of Business with an emphasis on Real Estate and Finance. Due to his untimely passing, Scott did not have the opportunity to fully develop his career in real estate but his passion for responsible real estate development is not forgotten and his legacy lives on by awarding this scholarship to a student that shares his passion.
