The Burnham Foundation scholarship was established to award an outstanding undergraduate school of business or MSRE graduate student interested in real estate or real estate finance. The award, named after one of the founding members of the Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate culminates in the Spring with an awards breakfast including students from San Diego State University, Cal State San Marcos and the University of San Diego.
